Adhesion is the tendency of certain dissimilar molecules to cling together due to attractive forces. Durabide® has excellent adhesion with most substrate metals.

It has true metallic bond with the substrate. We thoroughly prepare all parts both mechanically and chemically before applying our coating in order to achieve excellent adhesion between the coating and the substrate.

Durabide® can easily pass a 180 Degree bend test in which a plated substrate is bent 180 degrees to see if the plating peels off.
